I use excel and have another table that has my mileage listed per school. After I've been to a school once and have measured the mileage, I don't ever have to do it again unless I move. When I enter the school name, it looks up the name in the other table and fills in the mileage.

In addition, I use outlook for scheduling. I enter the games on my outlook caledar (directly exported from RefTown.com ( gotta plug my site where it shines ) and can see all of them with full game details in outlook (and on the road trough my Pocket PC).

OK Cam, cough it up.....what's the best way to export from RefTown.com to outlook? I've been manually entering my schedule in Outlook calendar & syncing with my Ipaq pocket PC. The idea of sucking the data directly from the web site occurred to me, but I haven't had time to look at it yet. Since you designed the site, your experience would be appreciated. Volleyball is starting soon - if Debi is going to use the online scheduling for GPVOA, that might be a good place for me to try it......
