ARS and eCourt
I beleive the NF has been successful in forcing local associations to remove postings of the rules from the Internet. They if have a legal notice in the front of the ruel book forbidding it's posting on the web.
For those who have the ARS program, the Rulebook and Casebook is on the cd-rom. You can copy the help files to your hard drive and have ready access to them without having the cd in the drive. Just copy the 2000_HS_Basketball folder to your hard drive and and place shortcuts to the help files, found in the folder, on your desktop.
Has anyone purchased the IAABO's eCourt program? If so, what's it like and is it worth the expense?
