Happy Patriot's Day, Chuck!!!

Just 15?

It's kinda early to give up on the Sox winning the wildcard berth, dontchya think?

Actually, I think it's going to be 20 more. Sox will take the AL East, Yankees get the Wild Card, and then the fun starts all over again in the ALDS.

Nope.

July 13th is the All-Star Game.

I'll let you draw your own conclusions.

I conclude the All Star game's a meaningless exhibition game.

Let's continue this discussion on Oct 4

Don't the Yankees and the Losers play again this coming weekend in the Bronx? I thought Pedro was scheduled to pitch- unless he could figure out some way to weasel out of it again.

Yep, this weekend.

Right now Francona's standing in front of a hotel room mirror practicing his lines:

"Pedro, I said give me the ball."

Not since our all-knowing, all-powerful commissioner, after a pathetic 2002 TIE GAME All-Star Game decided to cave in to Fox and "make it count" by giving home field advantage to the league that won the All-Star game.

Of course, all of us in Sox land know that the Red Sox lead the AL East through the all-star break, then drop down to somewhere around dead last.

Guess I have to eat those words, huh? You gonna be watching tonight, canuck? (Like I need to ask)
Is your Mother-in-Law a Broons' fan too, Chuck? I hope not. Poor woman. Gee, I hope that she doesn't follow the Celtics too. Cause they should be outa here shortly also.
