I want to go on the record and say that I enjoy ACC basketball, and do think it's up there in terms of basketball skill.

I also don't bash Duke, partially because I would like their med school to at least consider my application.

My contention with the ACC this year was more with UVA and, particularly the UVA fans. GW lost at UVA in the NIT, and the fans at one point started chanting "A-C-C." When they finished next to last in their conference . . . .

One of the guys in front of us had been going back and forth with us all game. I just looked at him and said "how many times did you beat Duke?"

Bottom line - if you're winning in the ACC, fine. If not, keep your mouth shut.
