Well, then, ...
I was thinking that the website had simply flipped the first names of the two officials. I didn't think that there really were guys with those names who officiated NCAA basketball at the the tourney level. So much for the simplest explanation rule. |

BktBallRef - There are two "Higgins" that work major D1 ball. Tim Higgins had the Georgia Tech v Northern Iowa game (Bradley Center - Milwaukee, WI). John Higgins - who lives in Omaha, NE. - worked the Duke v Alabama St. game. John works Big 12, C-USA, and Big Ten (among others).....
