Multiple/Double Foul

I had a situation that I was thinking of and was not quite sure of how to handle it.

Team A has the ball, A1 takes a 12 foot jumper in my partners primary, B1 gets a good wack on his elbow; TWEET! At the same time I am observing very rough play in the post and whistle a double foul after seeing both players grab at each other.

For times sake I will just say that A1's shot doesn't fall. What do we have? What if the shot did fall, or it wasn't a shooting foul, or if both teams were in the bonus?
