You and your partner need to get together and decided which action happened first... the action you whistled or the action your partner whistled. That isn't negotiable... you have to decide which came first.
If your action happened first, the ball was dead instantly and the try is nullified. You have your double foul call which results in an AP throw-in at the spot nearest your foul.
If your partner's action happened first, then you will administer the fouls in order. A1 will shoot two free throws with the lane cleared followed by your double foul which will again result in an AP throw-in at the spot nearest your foul.
