Hey folks,
My association is shopping for a basketball officiating scheduling software. The specs are: * Assignments need to be accessible via the web * Priority based assignments * Payroll * Need to have different views: member, administrator, school. * Members can change their coordinates online. * Members can define their availability * Members can accept/refuse an assignment. Any good suggestions ? Jean |

http://www.RefTown.com We offer most of what you have requested above and the most of what you request above that is not currently available is in development and will be available over the next few months. We are also much, much more than an assignment system. There are full communication features, evaluations, member directories with photos (limited directory access for schools). There are many features still to be added. We work extremely hard to implement suggestions and ideas from our customers. We are more affordable than any of the competition that I've looked at. You can see my presentation at: http://www.reftown.com/reftown.ppt or http://www.reftown.com/presentation/reftown.htm I can provide you with much more info or a no cost trial access if you wish. My contact info is on the website. |

As a user of Camron's RefTown site, I recommend it 100%. It has everything I need to know about my assignments - time, place, partner info, all the games before and after mine with all the same info on those games. It is clear and concise and easy to navigate. I can find directions to a school via no less than 3 different mapping sites, all embedded in the info for the school. I can search for schools or partners alphabetically or using a partial name search. I can email my partner with a single mouse click. There are pages for forms, notes, and other info with a very nice navigation frame. Coming from associations where they told me which school my game was at and the hopes that I had a Thomas Guide to find it, along with a hardcopy of all the association members and (maybe) the last known phone numbers for them, the RefTown site is absolute nirvana.
