"Coach, are all your uniforms legal and are all your players wearing the uniform properly?
I think I know why Federation put in this rule, but to think that coaches are going to come to the pre-game meeting with their captains is expecting too much.
We have a similiar rule in softball, but we have always met with the coaches. This is a little different.
