I see that sometimes, too. On Friday, my partner called a 'carry' on a kid who had the 'rainbow' dribble, but it wasn't a dribble, she caught it before it reached the floor.

I talked to him later, but had no authority to overrule him at the time.

I see fans calling for a 'carry' in that situation a lot.
