What do you call it if someone swears at you, for instance? You need to read the definition of a flagrant foul in R4-19-4--
"A flagrant foul may be a personal or technical foul of a violent or savage nature, or a technical noncontact foul which displays unacceptable conduct". I'd say that describes the act of throwing the ball
at an official to a T. A flagrant T, that is!
