After thinking about it further, bad things could happen by allowing the player to stay in the game. We don't have to give two Ts to eject him. What if a kid says "ref you are a bleeper bleeping bleep?" He's gone on one T in my game so I don't think there should be a problem with getting rid of him. In my day I would want him to stay in if I was playing against him. There would be some kind of payback. Just get rid of the problem.
