Called it once last year.

Coach: "What was that for."
Ref: "10 seconds"
Coach: "I've never heard of that"
Ref: "Why do you think I'm standing here counting?"
Coach: "I know the rule. I've never seen it called."
Ref: "I've never called it before. I got to nine on her first shot."
Coach: "I know she takes forever. but I told her to use the exact same routine on each shot."
