"Have you done this before?"

The answer is usually, "Oh about 1,000 times".

1) Any change of possession. That includes a made basket.
2) Any time the ball hits the rim on a shot. If it's not a shot, don't reset it.
3) Any foul, including any technical fouls.
4) Any kicked ball.

Ok? So if the ball gets batted OOB by the defense, there's no reset. If we have a held ball and the offense keeps the ball, there's no reset. Ok? Questions? Thanks."

I realize that there are a couple exceptions to what I say, but it would just confuse matters to bring them up.
