Yes it is, since many new officials don't realize there's a difference and can confuse the two. If it wasn't important, the NF would have used one or the other for everything.

My point was, is this really worthy of a post just to point out this mistake. I'm done.

And I don't keep up with who makes this mistake, I just try to point it out when it happens, to avoid confusion.
