I find out each head coach's first name before the game. In the heat of the action, they often forget to tell you what they want for a TO no matter what you pre-game with them...but you'll get their attention almost always if you use their first name. If they ask for one and don't specify, yell:
"Bob, full or thirty?"
I give him 2 chances to reply or it's a full. It has only been unsuccessful 1 time in the 3 years I've been doing it. The one time it was unsuccessfull, coach didn't get too mad!
