This is a question posted on a coaching forum this a.m. A coach was wondering if there is a requirement (i.e. rule) that says teams must clear the floor and report to the bench at the 1:00 mark before tip-off and at the conclusion of halftime. He stated that he was told by the official that this was a rule. Is this correct?
