I think in Ohio they are not allowed, thus LeBron James having to cover them up with white stick-ons last year.

I think Lebron's cover-ups were mandated by his private school, not by the state; although I could be wrong about that. Mark DeNucci. . . what say you, sir?

lebrons cover-up was dictated by his coach. in indiana at least i have a tat of a dragon and tribal band on my right shoulder blade and have been asked to cover it up one time as we were playing an amish team. i believe here anyways it is basically if no one has a problem with it... let it go
