Originally, the TF was charged as an Administrative TF charged to the Player's Team. By not charging the HC with an IDTF the new RULING has removed the possibility of a Team's having three Players, who really do not like their HC, to each Dunk the Ball, thereby having him charged with three IDTFs and being Disqualified and Ejected from the Game.
