Can someone please tell which state, Indiana or Illinois, is not using the thirty second rule for substitutions for disqualification? Is the rule is only for players that have become disqualified (five fouls or flagrant foul) or does it also apply to players that are injured (blood rule included) and players that have been discovered playing while wearing jewelry or other illegal equipment?
Okay, I'm lost. What are we discussing here?

Last year, Illinois used an experimental NFHS rule that basically said that if coaches had to substitute for disqualified players, they had to make that substitution immediately, and did not get 30 seconds to do so. Mark was wondering if the "immediate - no 30 seconds to substitute" rule also applied to players that were directed by an official to leave the game because of injury or wearing jewelry. Mark's question remained unanswered because some nameless miscreant got the thread off-track...

Oooooo, I get to be a nameless miscreant??? What fun!

Dan, do I get points for that?

O h for crying out loud Chuck...read the NEWEST Fed clarification, and you will see that they CLEARLY state that all final rulings will come from Pope Alexander... now if we can only get those darn coaches to read that clarification...

And Juulie, I think the nameless miscreant was the same ethnic group Jurassic wanted to go out and kick the other day...

Geeze, don't start on that. Can't even take a kick at Mick anymore. Takes all the fun out of life,

Why do ya think I left that Pope Alexander thing completely alone? :D

Btw, I allus thought that the Nameless Miscreants was a heavy metal group out of Portland..... and Juulie was Third Bimbo in that group.

No, not THIRD Bimbo. I have never taken any bimbo lessons in my life, and don't want anyone to hear me play it!

Yeah sure, Pope Alexander can make proclamations until chickens have lips but if you don't call it the way the local Bishops want it called you are NOT getting a good schedule.

Sorry, no, you would only get points if you DIDN't enjoy it.

Most good bimbos never take lessons. They just kinda come by it naturally.

:p

Okay, well that lets me out, then. I'm not a natural blonde, and my brain is actually quite functional.

But I am confused about one thing. I thought guys enjoyed being miscreants. If it's not fun, why do so many of them ...

Never mind. I don't like where that sentence is heading.

I feel your pain, but I've never really done one.

It's in their "jeans", not "genes".
