They’ve got to be talking about the Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark “You Can't See Me” gestures.

The point I think with the last POE is that they clearly want us to be aware of things that happen in the game that is not specifically listed. They also probably mean the "Dunk on your head" signal used and "Mouse in the house" signals that are common as well. And I would consider context just like I would with anything else. I think we have to be proactive about things that could cause problems. And a simple talk to sometimes might help more than a simple Technical foul in every situation.

After some players dunk on others they’ll tap their head to say “on your head”.

My last year of officiating we had a high school head coach do that while saying "he dunked that s*** on your head".
