Why would Team A want to rectify an error that benefited them?
Plus, since the rule specifies that the TO must be requested for the specific purpose, then if that were the point of the question, it would be in the question.
Finally, it doesn't matter whether you get 100% or not on the test; it matters that you understand the rule--and you do. Sp stop overthinking it and, worse, posting your overthinking.
