Reset the shot clock?

Here is a question from an NCAA Refresher Test.

As A1 release his try, B1 blocks the ball. A1 recovers the ball and returns to the floor, where B1 causes a held ball with 5 seconds on the shot clock. The possession arrow favours Team A. The official awards the ball to Team A with no reset of the shot clock. Is the official correct?

My answer would be NO. Please confirm or correct. Thanks.
