Reset the shot clock?

Of course, these are NCAA rules. When states use shot clock as optional rule for HS, the rules sometimes vary and this is one that I know I have seen cited in the past with a diferent interpretation. If I remember correctly, this was a relatively recent change for NCAA (last 5 years?), and some states may have HS shot clock rules that predate this change.
