Ask yourself this-- If the shot had missed the rim and A2 gained possession of the ball, would you reset the shot clock? NO. The shot clock does not reset unless there is a change of possession or the shot hits the rim. Therefore, since the arrow favored Team A when the held ball occurred, there would not be a reset. They will only have the remaining time on the clock after the throw in.
