traveling?
I'll make this as clear as I can:
Offensive player in post, facing the basket, gets clear and receives a pass with both feet on the ground. He jumps (to get a little closer to the basket), and lands with both feet coming to the ground at the same time, then shoots the layup. Traveling or not? |

4-44-3-B: After coming to a stop and establishing a pivot foot: If the player jumps, neither foot may be returned to the floor before the ball is released on a pass or try for goal.
