I can't figure out how to upload a picture, but I captured the action at the moment of contact -- and it looks like *it could be* a lean / knee out / legs too wide to me. I recognize that different people will have different interpretations.

Yes, it could be....it is inconclusive. But, what isn't inconclusive to me is that, after that, the defender push the dribbler down. If it wasn't an illegal screen, it should have been a defensive foul.
