I don't think they were wearing yellow uniforms in recognition for Cancer awareness.
So.....
If they are wearing 'PINK' uniforms, for cancer awareness, then do undershirts have to be Pink?

I'm the most hard ass fashion policeman out there, but I still say, in regard to "Special" nights (disease awareness, memorials, etc.), utilize common sense, discretion, and a little sincere empathy.

Uniforms are required, t-shirts are not. I've yet to see a state issue an exception for t-shirt colors

If the home team is having a special Cancer Awareness night, and wants to wear special Cancer Awareness pink undershirts under their home white jerseys, and if both coaches agree, and if the visitors aren't wearing any pink, I could see myself overlooking the undershirt rule for that one night, but I would make my assigner aware of such after I got home that evening.

On the other hand, if the home team wants to wear white undershirts under their special Cancer Awareness (state approved) pink jerseys, I would probably have a problem with that.
