While watching this game, I thought that the defender obtained LGP and then was clipped on the right shoulder by the offensive player.
Turns out that the original camera angle is deceiving. From the opposite angle it is clear that the defender moves to his right and extends his leg/knee into the offensive player. The Lead would have a fantastic look at this illegal movement & contact.
Blocking was the correct call.
