Who Wears Short Shorts (The Royal Teens, 1958) ...
This is all I could find regarding shorts in the NFHS Rulebook:
Uniform pants/skirts shall adhere to the following: Only one visible manufacturer’s logo/trademark/reference is permitted. The size shall be limited to 2¼ square inches and shall not exceed 2¼ inches in any dimension on any item. How about "Sam's Plumbing And Heating - 1-800-234-5678" displayed across a player's butt?
