Back to the OP ... Worse than hearing players do it is coaches. Usually it's a case of younger, underlevel guys (and, yes, it's virtually always guys) just getting caught up in the game. Almost as if it's a synonym for "Great move in traffic!" Much lower tolerance for this, however. A not-so-private word usually does the trick with any and-1'er. |
