South Carolina refers to any foul-related removal from the contest (other than fouling out) as an “ejection” for purposes of writing the report (which is called an “ejection report” regardless of whether a team member or coach is involved. We don’t have a “disqualification report.”

But technically, as others have noted, team members (and non-adult bench personnel) are never “ejected” under NFHS rules. That being said, you can always ask for such an individual to leave the playing confines with an adult if his/her presence is a problem.

“Ejection” means the individual has to leave the playing confines, out of sight and sound. That only applies to adults.
