I am going to use this only for spin moves. Let us see how many are not called a travel or how many should be called a travel.

A lot of spin moves/violations are hard to detect in real time.
This does not appear to be one of them. Looks like an easy call that was missed. It happens but after the POE several years ago I really try to identify the pivot on spin moves. Again, this one to me looked pretty easy to get in real time.
