Perhaps not the most helpful response but....
There are a few, all with pros/cons. I'd suggest simply going to your specific app store and searching. Try a few and stick with what you find useful.

I downloaded the NFHS app based on bad information given in this forum this year. Books are also available on the Kindle App, which I prefer.
I have an app on my iPad which is a floor diagram that is useful at times for use in pre-game or discussing various situations. Can't remember the name of it off the top of my head and don't have my iPad by my side urrently, but will find it and post later.

I've used the Apple iBooks version for the past several years. It was very good. It doesn't seem to be available this year.
The NFHS app offers the rules book for $6.99. My first impression...not very good. |
