As does IAABO International. When the IAABO International uniform went "beltless" four years ago, my local board voted and wrote two exceptions into our local Constitution, American flag allowed on back of the uniform jersey, and black belts allowed. We're rebels I tell you. Rebels.

Really? I see it happen at leats 3 or 4 times a year in my games. And I can count on about 2 fingers how many of the 100 or so coaches I work with who know the rule.

I also tuck a spare whistle in my back pocket just in case.

This is my 16th year of officiating, I have never had the play happen.

I used to be in the "it's a B/C violation" crowd, but I have evolved over the years.

Never had this play happened like that either. Never seen it as a clinician or watching other officials. That is a lot of games. I have only heard people want to discuss the play (in person) and have to tell them why the ruling is silly, but never seen it happen in any game I have ever worked or watched.

Great, now it is going to happen.

Peace
