I agree that a foul was committed by the screener but I would say that the foul was more of a holding foul by the screener after the initial contact between the screener and the screenee.

Surprised no one has mentioned the Trail in this clip. As Trail, we have to stay connected to the play. This dude looks like he thinks the play is going long. He should be at the 28' on the sideline refereeing this action, and have primary whistle on this play.
