Free Throw Violations - Again

Had a debate this morning with a colleague and fellow official about free throw violations. With the new enforcement on violations and special attention, we both agreed that many officials are debating this topic. I know there has been previous discussion on this, but a couple of weeks into the season, I am looking for additional comments on the following:

1 - Have you modified your approach to watching for violations?

2 - Are you black and white about calling violations or are you letting some things go and catching the big stuff? For instance, my colleague said he very rarely calls when a player has his/her foot hovering over the marked space line.

3 - Are you asking the T in a 3 man crew to help out with the semi-circle violations?
