Great topic.

Best way in choosing things to work on IMO is to watch your games. Even in the games I have felt were solid I pick myself apart. How you feel and look on the court, and how it translates to film can be night and day.

Things I'm working on:

1. Posture - I've sustained a few injuries on my deployments. Mostly to the neck and shoulder area. Better posture translates to a more confident appearance IMO.

2. Officiating in the C - the C as a unique view and can be a difference maker for the crew.

3. Being in the moment - Officiating my PCA, but being aware of what is happening around me.
