The final sentence of the article is: "The flagrant 2 could result in a one-game suspension for Miller if deemed an "act of fighting.""

Could result in a suspension? How about the school/conference/NCAA step up and give him a five-game ban?

I'm inclined to think the Buffs coach should suspend him indefinitely.
