FIBA rule doubt

Hello everybody,

I have a question I was not able to find an answer in the FIBA rulebook.

A3 drives to the basket and, after having started the act of shooting, suffers a foul from B4. Following, B2 commits an unsportsmanlike foul against A3 while he is attempting to finish his continuous motion to the basket. What is the correct procedure in the two following scenarios:
- Scenario 1: A3 makes the basket.
- Scenario 2: A3 does not make the basket.

Can you guys help on this?

Either way, A3 shoots either 1, or 2 depending on whether or not the ball went in. After that, you administer the U-foul and A gets the ball and the division line.

Now for fun, let's change B2's foul to the following alternatives and identify the proper procedure under the given rule set:

1. NFHS
a. Intentional Personal Foul
b. Player Technical Foul

2. NCAA
a. Flagrant 1 Personal Foul
b. Player Technical Foul
