Dropped 3rd strike

I mainly work football and basketball, but I help with my local little league. I had a question posed to me that I can't find an answer to. Situation is this. Bases loaded, 2 out, and a dropped 3rd strike. Since the batter can run, does this make a force out at home?

See 2.00: A FORCE PLAY is a play in which a runner legally loses his right to occupy a base
by reason of the batter becoming a runner.

That exactly describes your play.
