Would this be obstruction in FED?
Following the link to famous blown calls David posted in the 3rd strike mechanic thread and I found this play:
RealClearSports - Top 10 Blown Calls in Baseball History - Drew Coble, The Push, 1991 World Series Game 2 If this were to happen in a FED game, would this be obstruction, or just something to tell F3 to knock it off?

No obstruction in FED or any other rule set.
