There already is - it is called a "WALLET"!!!!! None of these players in MLB, NBA, NHL, NASCAR, etc. are reaching into your pocket and taking your wallet out, opening it up, and forcing you to spend your money. The American public has more power than they have any idea, but would rather be led around by their nose (or wallet in this case).....
