This was a POE for our chapter's officials this past year. In tournaments and scrimmages it was a "Hey, fix that" and when regular season began, we called a balk. We had two coach's meeting to TRY to get them to understand the hybrid stance and why it is not legal with runners on.

From my understanding, this is a POE for the "set" position. Not sure you will see balks called on this, like the amount that were called on this years "hybrid stance". This is usually corrected with a quick, "get your foot on the rubber".
