The call from the plat ump was HBP but the fielding ump argues it was a foul ball ecause he swung...what's the right call?

Let's hope that the field ump knew the PU called the ball off the hands and in a private conversation let his partner know he felt the correct rule interpretation was different.
Umpires should never "argue" amongst themselves.
The final call remains that of the PU.........
