A friend of mine owns 1 of the 2 umpire schools in FL. I am sure you know the 2 owners. I sent him a copy of the thread on the alleged infield fly in Oakland. Here is a part of his email in response:

"That UES-2 character doesn't have a clue."

Just food for thought.
