Where in the Little League rule book is a comment or rule concerning pitcher not being able to where sun glasses?

1.11 J is about as close as you will get. Unless they are distracting or one team complains, I don't go digging for boogars on this one.

Do you mean "wear" sunglasses? There is no such rule.

This only applies to items worn on the hands, wrists or arms.

Rule 1.11 (j) only applies to watches, rings, jewelry and other metallic items, other than medical alert jewelry.

If a pitcher were to wear mirrored sunglasses that reflected the sun into the batter/catcher/umpire's eyes, as the plate umpire I would make the kid take them off because it was a safety issue rather than a distraction.

There is nothing in any rulebook that says F1 cannot wear sunglasses. It is advised in NCAA that F1 not wear "mirrored aviator" sunglasses.
