Well nothing. I just wanted everybody here to take a look at the picture.

Rant --> The act of a pitcher doing the "perfect splits" in mid stride in the photo appealed to my "everybody is different" state of mind. In life, one has to appreciate the differences as much as the similarities. You go get the best training available and do the best you can with what you have.

Who can say what mechanic is right for one umpire or another. Above all, keep an open mind about the different methods, abilities, dress and appearance other partners may demonstrate on the baseball diamond.

I'm just questioning the remark about defying gravity. He seems to have a foot on the ground.
