Apparently it's a valued talent. He's still making it up through the ranks of the minors, I believe.

HBP, a case where reality and spirituality collide.
I don't like to touch upon the large risk and small reward.
I don't like to see players standing in front of a high fastball.
I don't like to hear players congratulated afterward.
However, a large shadow of doubt is still permissible.
