JM, I agree with CB... bring your head up higher ever so slightly.
In regards to the pants thing - I'm always afraid that if I get them too long that they will droop in the back and drag on the dirt. I think it depends on your shoes. I wear Tanel 360's. Has anyone else experimented or have the same problem? PS - I told you to drop the coach thing on your screen name years ago! (all you will be losing is post count) You look great brother!
